My dress was by Jenny Packham and I absolutely adored it. It fit perfectly and I loved
the soft romantic feeling of the layers of ruffles. I wish I could wear this dress everyday.
My handsome husband wore The Ludlow Suit by J.Crew.

J.Crew could have sponsored our wedding because we had all the entire wedding party decked out.
We chose to keep everyone neutral and color was brought in through the flowers and accessories.

Let's talk about the necklace. I knew before I even had my dress that I wanted to do
a big statement necklace and opt out of a veil. Once I had the dress it took me a while to find
the right necklace. Luckily I got to keep some of the maybe options (thanks mom!)
This necklace popped up in an email from Kate Spade one day and it was love at first sight.
Big, bold, & yellow! It was perfect!

Tomorrow we walk down the aisle.

  1. I'm loving this week - especially since we were at Matt and Sarah's wedding instead. sad face.

One of the things I love about your clothing choices for the wedding day is the simplicity. Simple is hard to pull of beautifully. You did a great job. Also the pieces are versatile - I'm sure you've already worn your shoes and necklace again. And if you ever wanted to that dress would be to die for shortened (I'm thinking beach vow renewals down the road).

    1. Thanks Meghan! We missed you and Brian that day! I am sad to say that I have not worn my shoes or my necklace yet because... my shoes are so dirty somehow (?) they look like I drug them around city streets & my necklace is so special that I am scared to wear it. Which sounds so silly & is silly. I meant to bust it out for the first anniversary but I forgot.
